Delivery

Our warehouse is located in Luxembourg.

In general, we deliver within a radius of 100 km, which covers Luxembourg entirely and partially countries such as France, Belgium and Germany. Longer distance deliveries are possible, but this depends on the amount of the order, and the delivery costs will be calculated individually upon request of the customer. Please note that our delivery is made to the entrance of your home.

Delivery rates:

  • Luxembourg: €59
  • France, Belgium and Germany: €99

We strive to offer our customers the best prices in the region, which is why we have implemented a minimum order amount for which delivery is required, but you can always come and collect the materials directly from our warehouse without any restrictions on the order amount.

Minimum order amount:

  • Luxembourg: €300.
  • France, Belgium and Germany: €500

Delivery time

Delivery time may vary depending on the product and current workload. As a general rule, products in stock will be delivered within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, and sometimes also on Saturdays, with the exception of public holidays.

Products with the status "on order" have longer delivery times, which are determined individually.

Most frequently asked questions about delivery

  • Is it possible to agree on a desired delivery date?

  • Yes, as a rule our customers plan their jobs in advance, therefore we are ready to deliver your order on the desired date, provided that you place your order at least 7 working days before the desired delivery date.

  • What happens if no one is home when delivery is made?
  • The order will be unloaded near your home, at an accessible and suitable location for this.
  • If I return a product, will the shipping costs be refunded?
  • Yes, in case of a full return, we will refund you the full invoice amount, including shipping costs.
    If you keep at least one product from the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that the customer is responsible for sending the returned product to our warehouse and its integrity upon delivery.
